Your machinery will arrive securely crated to prevent transit damage. It is mostly assembled but will require a few simple final steps before deployment to the job site:

We use top-tier commercial freight carriers, but transit incidents occasionally happen. Please inspect your crate thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Yes. We stand behind our heavy machinery with a comprehensive 3-Year Parts Warranty processed directly through our Albuquerque warehouse. If a component fails under normal use, we ship the replacement parts directly to you. Note: To keep this commercial warranty active, operators are required to maintain a standard routine service and maintenance log.

We offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Policy on all unoperated machinery. If you receive your equipment and change your mind, it must be returned unused, free of any fuel or oil, and in its original crating. The buyer is responsible for return LTL freight costs and applicable restocking fees. Once a machine has been fueled, started, or operated on a job site, it is considered used commercial equipment and cannot be returned.
